(1) Purchases made at any other store or outlet do not qualify for this promotion. The handset can be of any Motorola model, but must be new; handset cannot be pre-owned or refurbished/reconditioned. Purchases must be made during the Promotion Period. Upon purchase, consumers will receive a scratch card (limited to one scratch card per handset purchased), which panel has to be scratched to reveal the prize won.
(2) Every scratch card will describe the prize which the participant has won. If a winning scratch card is not presented for collection of the prize in the manner described in the provisions below and by the stipulated deadline, the prize will be forfeited, and no appeals or correspondence will be entertained.
(3) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed, torn, destroyed or illegible entries, and will accept no correspondence or claims for prizes whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise.

Disqualification of entries
(1) If a winning entry or the winner is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry the entry will be disqualified. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
